- Is my team's data secure?
- Yes. Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres), encrypted at rest and in transit. We never ask for bank credentials or card numbers. Read the full details at recurstop.com/security.
- How does team billing work?
- Team plans are billed monthly in USD per workspace through Dodo Payments. You pay by card, and receipts are issued by Dodo Payments.
- Can we import our subscriptions from a spreadsheet?
- Yes. Export your sheet as a CSV and import it into your team workspace so your tool names, prices, renewal dates, owners, and departments come in without re-typing everything.
- What happens when someone leaves the team?
- Team subscriptions stay with the organization. The member loses access when an admin removes them, and their personal subscriptions remain private to them.
- Do you cancel subscriptions for us?
- No. RecurStop tracks and reminds. You stay in control and cancel directly with each provider; our guides help.
- Do reminders work on WhatsApp?
- Yes. Each member picks email or WhatsApp for renewal alerts. WhatsApp is optional and off by default for teams.
- Is there a plan for personal use?
- Yes. RecurStop still has a personal tracker for individuals at recurstop.com/personal.
